Ethnic Groups Have Harder Time Winning Claims Because of Discrimination
There are many laws that fight against discrimination and while some have worked a lot, there are still many people being discriminated daily. There are many white people who discriminate black people and Muslims or other races and this problem has been going on and on ever since this world began. Yes, even judges and lawyers discriminate people who go to court and who are trying to win their case. If you are a certain race and you get into a court where there are many racist people there, it will be really hard for you to win your case because they will all be against you. You may be a bit racist as well but not really because you are afraid that people will call you racist.
One way that you can detect discrimination is when some people think that they are better than others. There are so many people who discriminate other on a really low key but to the one they are discriminating, this can be really sad for them because they can not really do anything much. Yes, it is true that there are people who are smarter than others and there are people who are more skilled than others but this does not mean that you can go around and boast that you are a better person than others just because you have these skills. You can also detect discrimination when you think that you are a higher class than others. You should always help a person who is being treated wrong just because they are of a different race or just because their skin color is different.
If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. These judges or people in the courtroom should be those who are not racist or those who should not discriminate people but unfortunately, some are like these. Discrimination is indeed everywhere and you can hardly find a place that is free of discrimination because it can be anywhere even in the courtrooms. There is not really much you can do about discrimination but you can try talking to people against it and see how they will react.
